Hi, my name is John. First of all I'm a gentleman and a romantic with a good sense of humor. I like to exercise (usually 6 days/wk), hiking and backpacking, going out to dinner, a play or movie afterward. I'm a giver, I get enjoyment of putting a smile on your face and making you laugh. My faith is important to me and I tend to think more on the conservative side. I've played tennis and golf, not the best,:( but I do enjoy it. I love the fall season, hiking in the mountains to a beautiful overlook. Also walking on the beach, watching a sunrise (yeah I usually get up early). I enjoy the O's and the Ravens and watching college football.

As far as my family, I have 3 grown daughters (picture above) and 1 grand-daughter (yes, I have been blessed). I love spending time with them, we have have so much fun together. Some of my best times are with my grand-daughter, who will be 5 at the end of October. Christmas mornings with her are priceless.

I like exploring new things, I'm always open to new ideas or things to do. A quiet evening to me is to share a bottle of wine, a fire in the fireplace (or candles if it's warm out), and renting a movie from Redbox. Oh yeah, YOU are in my arms. I guess that is the romantic part of me?
