Hey!

Well I think I need to update my profile a bit... Looking to meet new friends with the hopes of finding my next long term relationship. If that takes me a while I am okay with that... I am not looking to settle to just be in a relationship but if I run into that special man out here then awesome... that is what I was looking for :) I believe friendship is important along with chemistry. I am a people person and enjoy good friends and conversations. I do need my down time though and I like to do that at home with someone special. I have a 24 year old son who I am very close with. He is a great person and fully supports my happiness. I enjoy kids and don’t mind dating someone who has children but it is important that they have the time to date and the kids are supportive. Some general characteristics of me are outgoing, smart, optimistic, responsible, loyal, assertive, friendly, spunky, goofy, and definitely sassy. I don’t like it when others are intentionally mean and I really try to be a kind person but my rotten sense of humor combined with foot in mouth disease sometimes gets me in trouble. If we chat long enough on here, you will get to see that sooner than later and I apologize up front. I like to live my life trying to be the best person I possibly can and I will always be growing. I am looking for the same in a relationship as I don’t believe anyone is perfect nor do I want to date someone who believes they are. I am okay with some baggage as I have my own. I don’t want to fix anyone but am willing to support someone that wants to grow. My perfect man would be kind, witty, nonplayer, fun, spontaneous, financially secure, emotionally equipped, supportive, loyal, and a bit wise. As far as looks are concerned, I must be attracted to that person but attraction would really begin after conversation started. When I browse through photos, I am not looking for that “good looking guy”, I am looking for that extra spark in someone’s eyes as personality is very important and impacts chemistry.

Bottom line is that I am striving to be an awesome person, not quite there, looking for a VERY decent man who enjoys taking care of his lady, and enjoys a supportive loving relationship with a ridiculous amount of fun...

starbucks or maybe something a little more wild like Its a Grind lol. just kidding but seriously, I think a noncommittal first short encounter is perfect for two people to see if there is anything worth pursuing.
