I'm here because I kept thinking I would just meet someone organically, which is how it seems to work for my friends. But, I'm getting tired of waiting for something to happen without any interference and decided I'd better force the issue a little.

For hobbies, I explore Baltimore's restaurants, travel to new places a couple times a year, addictively watch Netflix, create crafty things. I love to be outside.

I like either doing something fun on a first date like ice skating followed by a hot chocolate or attending one of Baltimore's quirky events like the Stoop Storytelling Series or Gilded Lily Burlesque. Or, doing something that involves being a tourist in my own city--strolling through the Baltimore Museum of Art, taking the Fells Point Ghost Tour, walking along the waterfront promenade from Fells Point to Canton, etc.
What's most important is doing something active that also provides a chance for good conversation and allows a sense of humor to come through.
