I'm here to get to know someone, and if I'm lucky - eventually find that certain someone. Life hasn't turned out like I thought it would, I have watched most of my friends get married, have kids and move on. Not that I have been sitting on my hands the last few years, quite the opposite - unfortunately sometimes things just don't work out like you planned. So here I am. I think that putting yourself out there like this requires some faith, and can be a bit risky, but if you don't take risks in life - your not likely going anywhere.

So lets start simple: Similar interests are always a plus, but trying new things can be just as much fun. My likes: music (especially electronic, but really all kinds) , running / biking, Dancing, enjoying a good beer, Volleyball, Softball, Hockey games, watching a good movie or tv show, and sitting next to a fire on a cold night. Fav places around Rochester - Dinosaur BBQ, Hotshots Vball, Club Vertex, The tap & mallet, Mendon Ponds Park, Stonybrook, Canandaigua lake, Letchworth Park, Lux. I used to work in an Italian restaurant (ciao) back in my early and mid 20's, so I would have to say my favorite food is Italian. I used to run cross country/track in high school and college, and still enjoy getting out now and then, doing a 5/10k race. Staying healthy is important to me.

I work during the week, normal hours (computer stuff), so outside of that and the weekends are free. I occasionally DJ weddings - a job i kind of fell into seeing that I had all the music, equipment and had so many friends that have gotten married in the last 5 years or so. Its always been a great time - I do enjoy dancing, so after the tunes get cranking, Its like getting paid to party (especially when all your friends are there).

I hope to meet someone who enjoy's going out and doing things / trying new stuff meeting new people - I have alot of friends so that's important. Good ties with the family are also a plus, I happen to be pretty close with mine.

Last 3 Concerts I saw - They might be Giants, The Town Pants, and Guster. Recently I was lucky enough to go see Robin Willams live in Syracuse - I have to say - he's every bit as funny as you might imagine.

Of course a few messages back and forth help get to know someone, find out whats going on in their life and such. But since were all single here - we can go out - have a drink or grab a bite to eat someplace and talk.
