| | I don't really have any specifics that I require, so here's what I do know.
I do know that I want a man with integrity. One who says what he means & means what he says. A man whose actions are illustrations of his words. I'm finding there don't seem to be a lot of those around...
I'm a divorced mom of a teenager which takes a lot of time and attention, so I need someone who is cool with that. Sometimes I have a lot of time, other times I'm running around getting things done. I prefer to keep my child out of my relationships initially, so understand that not introducing you on the first date is nothing personal.
I consider myself to be fairly witty and like to use humor to make people smile. At the same time, I have a serious and introspective side. Hobbies? Love to get lost in a good book. Hanging out with friends is great fun although I admit I don't do that like I should. Lately it seems that work and home have over-shadowed my hobby time, but I'm working on that.
I would like to start by being friends (I know everyone says that!) and see where it goes; I kinda feel like I need to move slowly, but then the right man might change my mind. I'm in no rush; whatever is meant to happen, will in its own time. At the same time, slowly does not mean we exchange messages on here for weeks into months and never go further... And I'm definitely NOT on here looking to hook-up. If you're looking for a purely sexual thing, I am not the girl for you. Just sayin'.
I do have pets, or rather my daughter does, so the man in my life should be pet-friendly. This is pretty important to me. I don't dress my dog up & carry him around in a purse, but he is part of the family. Consider him the "bad child." Lol.
