I love to float! Sail, power, row, raft, canoe, kayak, boogie-board, barge, life ring, yacht, dinghy, sunfish... I prefer sail to power, and ocean to lake. But any body of water - river, pond, oversized puddle will do!

Recently one of my friends described me as ‘buoyant.’ That sounds about right to me. Maybe I’m looking through rose colored glasses more often than not. But, I think that’s a good thing!

I’m friendly, happy, outdoorzy. I take good care of myself, but I’m not obsessed. Among my family and friends the consensus is that I’m aging gracefully. I'm grateful for the good genes.

I’m a doer. I like to lead, but I’m content to follow. To plan or to be spontaneous…? It’s important to be flexible. Some of the best adventures happen when we least expect!!!

Depending upon the season, you may find me sailing, cycling, beaching, roller blading, skiing (downhill or Xcountry), snowshoeing, tubing or sledding! For 20 years I've enjoyed my lifelong passion singing professionally with a 5 piece ensemble – jazz/blues - It's a part time thing, but just enough to keep my finger on the pulse and my vocal chops in shape.
