I'm a recent transplant from California with a four year stop in New Orleans. I consider myself down-to-earth and laid back, but I have aspirations in terms of career. While my work consumes much of my time, I am passionate about a well-balanced life of fun and purpose. I place friends and family above all.

My friends would me describe as genuine, considerate, loyal, and fun-loving with a splash of quirkiness.

When I'm not trying to stay awake on the wards, I enjoy taking in the sights and sounds of my new hometown. I try to visit new restaurants and bars/lounges each week. I like to stay active and go to the gym or run. Snowboarding is my favorite hobby - I am a big time adrenaline junkie. Lastly, I'm a huge sports fan with allegiances to the Niners, A's, Warriors, and Cal Golden Bears. All teams - I might add - that have been terrible the last ten years...I'm all about loyalty.

I love to travel. This summer, I got to spend time in Vancouver and Spain. If you have ever seen a more stunning site than the Sagrada Familia, please let me know. My favorite destination is still Kauai - no other place to better combine adventure and relaxation.

I am a pseudo music snob. I tend to say away from the overly popular stuff. Nonetheless I like some big groups. Bands that are always on my playlist - the Killers, Bloc Party, Bright Eyes, Death Cab, Rilo Kiley, Metric, Counting Crows, Wilco, Tribe.

I like to keep things simple on a first date. No gimmicks from me. Dinner/drinks/coffee are all good.
