I'm pretty much an easy going person who is not looking for immediate adventure. I really enjoy deep conversations, and learning new things about people. One of my greatest social feats is actually being able to listen, and give sound advice without becoming distracted or bored. I'm quiet and shy at first, but can warm up and make almost anyone laugh, within a few minutes. Quite often once people get to know me, they comment on my sense of humor. My main hobby is writing music, I usually stick to a progressive-rock/metal sound. It consumes most of my time in and out of employment. My other hobbies are, researching diy projects online, and reading. I am very much into self-sufficiency, and try to base my life around it. My favorite genres of reading lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, and horror, the works of J.R.R. Tolkien being my favorite *sigh*.

Something casual, maybe food in a public place, a movie, or a walk... Nothing to induce that dreaded dull moment in conversation.
