I enjoy collecting antiques.My home has several pieces of Canadiana furniture. I also have had an opportunity to travel. I have been to England and Greece several times. I have also made several visits to Portugal, Israel and Spain. I live on the lake and gardening has become one of my pastimes.I go into Toronto often for theatre and cultural events.I enjoy most music. My favourites are the Beatles and folk music.

I go to the Y.M.C.A. regularly to work out. Living on the beach encourages long walks and short hikes.I try to keep a "sound mind in a sound body."

Being close to family is important to me. I am active in the the lives of my grandchildren and enjoy family get togethers.

I would like to share my interest in theatre and art with someone. Seeing a play or going through an art gallery is not the same when you do it alone. Ideally a person should not just be a spectator but make it part of their life. Someone who would actually care how Frida Kahlo or Oscar Wilde changed the way we see the world.

I have nothing against a good steak. However, I would like to be with someone who would at least try different ethnic restaurants. We now have GO service in St.Catharines. This makes theatre,museums ,Kensington market, China town and the Danforth more accessible. It also makes it easier to meet new people.

Finally travel, hopefully I would meet someone who wants to see the world. Someone who would drop everything to get the next sell off.

I love my little cottage. However, there is a wonderful world out there. I would like to be with someone who can sip wine by the beach with one hand and grab onto life with he other.

Lunch at a small ethnic restaurant, perhaps expresso and pastry.
