| | I'm originally from So. Cal., but I wanted to get away from the swarm, so I moved to the lake where nature takes precedence over people. I enjoy educational TV programs, FOX news, and public meeting groups. Country dancing used to be one of my greatest joys, but I have yet to find a local place in which to freshen my two-step.
As for my daily life, I am currently taking a quilting class, and I have begun learning about black iron cooking. I'm in the process of downsizing my possessions as my garage is overflowing. Many things have been sold on eBay, but I've spent too many hours for such minor fortunes. I spend most of my time with my kids, enjoying their company before they fly the coop. We go to frequent community events such as pumpkin carving gatherings, parades, and fairs, but I'm looking for a male friend with which to spend some time as my life need not be so engulfed in parenthood.
I prefer the road less traveled. I love to meander in the forest and backpack even farther, or cuddle in the cabin and watch the snow fall, but a trip to the city to enjoy art and cultural exhibits, museums, shopping and antiques, fine dining, live music, country dancing and a comedy show all make for a mighty fine time! I’m seeking a man with a positive outlook on life, who can laugh at the simple and silly things each day; one who is able to help us set and obtain our goals for the future, yet stop and smell the flowers along the way. He is compassionate and warm-hearted with strong family values.
I prefer an active man with an adventurous spirit who is willing to pull back from the rush of our daily lives to relax and enjoy the experience we call life. He must love my children, the mountains, small towns, and American culture. I love my man witty and fun-loving, confident and independent, outgoing and outdoorsy, smart and knows it, big and cute all at the same time.
My life is too busy to waste time chatting with a stranger. If you want to meet, let's do it. It only takes a few minutes to decide if we're mutually interested. |
