I am a recently retired teacher, enjoying every day of my retirement while trying to implement new goals in life. My mail goal now is to get healthy and figure out where my future will take me. I taught school for 35 1/2 years and I am now detoxing from that wonderful experience. I have been on my own for 4 years now and I would like to fill a void that I feel is there. I have many hobbies that keep me busy and enrich my life. I am a free lance musician and play in two community orchestras and a band. I enjoy line dancing and have taken a few ball room dance classes. Because of some elective orthopedic surgery, dancing has been on hold for a little while yet but I will get there.
I have lots of hobbies-flower gardening, photography, scrapbooking, crafts, reading, and my music.
I find myself to be the type of person always doing something. I accomplish more under pressure. Since retirement, I don't seem to get as much done because I know I have more time. I recently have not put forth a whole lot of effort on the dating sites as I believe in destiny. I am hoping to find someone eventually. I am looking for someone who is a good communicator, accepts me for who I am, my best friend, supportive emotionally, and most important someone who has their priorities straight. Communication is of the utmost importance.

My first date would be in a public place, not too noisy-coffee etc. to get to know one another on the surface. This can last for however long it takes. I believe in proceeding slowly and carefully but not too overly cautious. If we click, hopefully another meeting will be in the future.
