I am a retired educator and enjoy many different activities. I love to hike and swim and have learned a lot about living in harmony with nature since moving to the Hill Country. I am active in my community and spend a lot of time serving on the board for an environmental protection organization.
I read, watch movies, some television, go the theater and visit with friends and family. I love live music as well, mostly Americana. I am looking for a friend who has mutual interests and wants a special lady in his life. We have a lot to share at this stage of our lives and I'd like to spend some time getting to know a new friend and see where we go from there. I'm open to exploring different types of relationships, as well as the world around us.

I'd like to start with a coffee date at a local cafe where you can sit and talk, perhaps lunch or dinner as well. We could also listen to some music or go for a walk where we could continue our talk. Something casual would be a good way to get to know each other.
