Here is some stuff about me... but I would much rather hear things about you so please share nice !

I am self assured, but on the reseve side, never pushy, easy to get to know, and warm up quickly... neither forward nor agressive, and always say what I am thinking.

No games, half truths, hidden agenda's... a one woman man... every day is a bonus and life is good !

I enjoy a variety of things... but I would enjoy them much more if I could share them with you !

I like music... piano/organ... classic rock... 60's... jazz... blues... classical and baroque.

I like exercise but I am not a gym rat or bum... more like long walks daily... fitness... workout... trap & skeet... hot tub... fire place... outdoor fire pit... grilling...

I LOVE my dog who is going on 14... also like bird and animal watching... put a big automatic deer feeder in the yard plus multi bird feeders... enjoy trips to Maine to watch moose and wild life.

I like long rides on a Sunday or weekend... Poconos... shore... anywhere ! Caves are cool... so are natural wonders like Niagara Falls... Bushkill... coal mines... incline planes... zoo's... A glass of wine in the hot tub... or sit and watch the flames dance in the fire place...

I like New England... especially Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine... cabins on a lake... kayak / canoe / pontoon boats... off road hikes...

Other things...

I prefer to steer clear of big DRAMA and TRAUMA in life ! If your life seems like a whirl wind, and you are always putting out one fire or another, a train wreck, or you are trying to save the world, OR... if you are prone to raising your voice, demanding, or other such behaviors to get your way... we are probably not going to be able to share much time together!

I like sports... but not addicted to them... the big money fan / TV sports ie) football, baseball, golf, tennis, I do not follow... no interest a regular weekly basis... I don't mind a game now and then but not as a steady diet... no every Monday night football or armchair quarterback here! SUPER BOWL PARTY ? YES ! ! !

I like a movie once in a while... comedy and science fiction are my favorites but television on a nightly basis does not excite me... an occasional show or flip thru channels before sleep... you will not find me sitting and watching the tube night after night... I have been known to watch animal planet, history channel, comedy, or a concert... "live long and prosper"

I feel the television has taken the place of good converstation, reading, quiet time, music, meditation, contemplation, and exploration of thought.

Hillbilly & redneck stuff is NOT much like me... don't mind a race now and then, but I am not a "bars and stars" redneck or a big NASCAR fan... and I still have all of my teeth ! I do enjoy skeet, but I do not hunt... and I do enjoy rides out to Cabellas ! No motor cycle here... raced dirt bikes as a kid and that was enough ! so I don't own or ride a Harley or other motor cycle... which is probably why I'm not in a wheel chair ! (and would like to stay that way !)

I am "up for" and "good to go" with just about anything nice... comfortable easy space... relaxing... like a long walk... long ride... a coffee and conversation... canal paths are cool... so is Lahaska... Mercer County Veterans Park... Bomans Tower Wild Flower Preserve... second time out? long drive and dinner... I am ALWAYS open for suggestions !
