| | I consider myself having traditional values living an unconventional life. I have been
married, divorced (15 yrs). My background is in design where I have had my own businesses
in California, Hawaii and Washington. I have recently become an "employee" and feel blessed in that, with this economy, I, along with 4 other people, were selected from a pool of 400.
I love travel, and have had the opportunity to travel the world extensively. Born and raised in So Cal (though I prefer the Bay Area), I have lived in Paris, Kauai, Maui, Washington - spending the in between times in the Laguna Beach area where I am surrounded by long term friends and family.
My hobbies are cooking, entertaining, social life, tennis, walking, reading and
creating inviting and creative environments. I note that my body type is a few extra
lbs - not many - just more busty than fat. Pictures available upon request!
I feel like Benjamin Button in that it may appear that I am living my life backwards...
meaning that when I was in my 20's I had it "all" - great husband, ocean front home, new
Porsche, tennis team, art classes,= spoiled. However, in the 80's the times and an awakening to something other and took the path less traveled which has been the footprint for my individuality and my authentic view of the world and the dance of all of us in the journey towards wholeness and authenticity.
I can be very social, however I am shy at heart when I meet people that go beyond
"light conversation". I prefer depth and character, however am willing to build on this characteristics as I get to know you.
As for music...I am open....not inclined towards rap and that which I cannot understand.
Chemistry is just that - chem-mystery. it is either there or not. However, I have learned over the years, that when it wasn't there...it developed after knowing the person better....so it is up for grabs for me....I like the idea of instant chemistry;
but am also open to learning about the person. At this age, I am not thinking about
"sex" per se....yes, I enjoy it, but it will be with the right person at the right time. |
