I find this stuff (i mean writing about oneself doesn't really work so well). we tend to just make all our judgments off our pictures, which is fine, because we all know one needs that "attraction" right away. I'm not really that picky, i think everyone is pretty in their own way..... and yes, i mean that!! although...... i will say that i do not date smokers. nothing personal, if one chooses to smoke, that's fine with me, but i will not date you. No drugs as well please, but that should be a given! I hate how every guy claims to be that "one in a million", or the only "nice guy" left. that drives me nuts. look, if you have to say that about your self then obviously you are not selling it right!+++++++++ "Never try to change a woman, it only wastes your time and annoys the lady!"++++++++++ Please know that if I messege you, it is because I really want to talk to you. It might be because I liked your profile, or because I just have a "feeling" that I might be able to enjoy life a little more by getting to know you. I am not here to play the numbers game, that is not the type of man I am.
So, why am i on here???? well, i find myself asking that same question on a daily basis. Let me first say, i do not need a woman to make me happy. I think all to often we make the mistake and rush into something because we feel that "age" is getting to us, or mabey "i just don't think i can do any better" (i have felt and heard this all before and im sick of it.) Know yourself, respect yourself, and when you get up in the morning like the person you see in the mirror........ To be honest, i have yet to meet a woman that can do that. I can truthfully say, that i am happy with the person that i have become to be, i can truthfully love the man that stares back through the mirror in the morning. Of course, there might be a few puzzle pieces missing here and there, but i am not concern by this.
I want a woman who is sweet, i want a woman who is passionate and respectful to herself, and the man that she loves. I realize this might be asking for a lot, but i also realize i will not find this type of woman in your "everyday hangouts," so that is why i am here. It is so easy for you girls to put up a nice pretty picture of yourself and then wait for the wave of emails from dozens of men who could really care less about you as a person and care more about what your gonna give them from the second or third date.....I hate that. Now, i am not here to bash my own gender and say that every guy on here is usless expect me, cause that is just crap. There are a lot of wonderful men out there, and in reality, most are probably better than me. I am not the best dressed at a party, I am not the best looking at the party, I am not the most charming, or the guy that can make you laugh for hours.
I am simply me!! A man that works hard for the little that he has, a man that respects everyone, no matter how high or low on the "ladder of life" they may be, a man that can get lost by your smile or the color of your eyes, and a man that could completely fall in love with a girl just by how she laughs.... I realize that probably read like something out of the soap opera books, but its the truth, and I never will speak anything less because no woman deserves less than that!
