Ok, I'm ready to write this thing now.
I'm a good guy who doesn't accept finishing last. I enjoy life to its fullest. I'm positive and happy. I get along well with most people. I guess because I'm pretty obliging. I take a little while to really get to know but if I like and trust you I really open up.
I lived in Calgary for 10 years, where I went to technical school. I married and divorced in that time. Learned a lot! I really enjoyed most of my years out west but longed for my eastern home near the end. I worked in oilfield technology out there but here I've been experimenting with a lot of different things. I fished tuna for one season which is why I selected tuna to describe myself. I have tremendous respect for those fish! Lately I'm building furniture and doing carpentry. Took me a while to figure out what I really wanted in a career but I'm going to be starting a company in green energy and alternative heating systems in the coming year. I expect to be very busy!
I've been in love a few times and had my heart broken more than once, but who hasn't?! You've got to go through that to appreciate what's yet to come. You just have to make sure it doesn't make your heart guarded and callused. I believe there's a girl out there who's just right for me and I'm just going to put my nose to the grindstone and hope she taps me on the shoulder.
I love excitement and change. I have a couple of motorcycles which I enjoy very much. I love the great outdoors; hiking, swimming, waterskiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, the beach! Summer is my fav! Gonna miss it now. Oh, I'm a volunteer firefighter. So I got the cool (free) plates on my ride haha.

If I've gotten to know a girl and we share some common interest (which we would pretty much have to to be going on a date) I'd like to enjoy that activity together. Otherwise the ol' dinner and a movie is always good. Actually strike the movie. I love them but not on first dates. People hate when you talk during the movie! And that's really what first dates are for, no?
