Pretty much I have a brand new life starting, and wouldn't mind some new people in it. I like just chilling out and talking. I like learning about people and getting to know them. I go downtown occasionally, but really only when old friends are in town. Or when I hit up my very favorite basement dive bar for a rock show. Music is really important to me, and I listen to a rather wide variety of it, both mainstream and not. I'm a writer, and have never really been one to hide anything. Generally if it's on my mind, it will be said. I'm pretty easy going. I am not easily offended. I spent a year living in Australia and am still feeling the itch of the travel bug, so I'd like to get back across the ocean sometime. But for now, I will be here, looking for a teaching job while working at an animal hospital. I can't cook, I love my car, which is a sexy old convertible, I want a pick up truck and want to get my motorcycle license next summer. I am the oldest of 8 kids. I can be pretty goofy, and love to joke around. And, as a note of recent personal discovery, I also officially hate writing these things :)

First hang out, or whatever, probably just a coffee or a drink. Maybe a local concert. I'm not picky.
