When I am not working or spending time with my family I might be spending time grooming my dogs or taking them to a dog park. I also enjoy doing work in my garden where I grow herbs, fruits and vegetables. I have 4 parrots who also take some time. I spend several hours a day working out to a varied routine at my gym. Beyond that I try to ride my bike a few times a week and swim. I take art classes but will probably always be a beginner! Most of all, I love to travel, meet new people, and enjoy novel experiences. I speak several languages and can always learn a little more. I love to try new foods and learn about the similarities and differences between cultures. I try not to be judgmental towards others. I am told that I attract others like a magnet. I find a common ground with all people and make them feel comfortable. I am a die hard rock and roller and most particularly a Dead Head. My children have exposed me to more current music, so I maintain a good balance. I enjoy theater, museums, art shows, and most cultural events. I am looking for someone with similar interests who would like share their leisure time.

On a first date I would like to go somewhere quiet where we could get to know each other. Possibly a place where neither of us have been to so we can create a new experience together.
