I hope to build a long-term relationship with someone who is easy-going, possesses a genuine kindness and a positive attitude, has a quirky sense of humor, intelligent, is young-at-heart, adventurous, affectionate, and open to possibilities - someone who is content in his life but seeking to "add" to it - someone who makes me feel butterflies inside. These are traits that I believe I have and hope to share with a good man. I am a very modern woman with a traditional twist.

Things I can't live without: morning coffee, comfortable pair of jeans, Faith, humor, travel, laughing, hugs, friends, a good book.

I crave "experience"...instead of saying, "I wish I would have", I DO! I've swam with dolphins in Cozumel, hotair ballooned over the Rio Grande at sunrise, ziplined through the treetops of a Jamaican jungle, sled down the snowy slopes of a Bavarian mountain, gone whale watching in the Pacific, bought a one-way ticket to Germany in 1982 and stayed there for 6 years, have even changed my own shower head!!! Life is good.

A few of my favorites: cooking (love to experiment on friends...no one has been rushed to the emergency room...yet), music (U2 to Bob Marley to Puccini), walking, snow, Salzburg, fluffy down comforter, flowers, crisp autumn days, surprises, Chambord (the drink & the castle), dogs and cats and animals in general, float trips, reading, theater, change of seasons in Missouri, getting away to the Lake (or anywhere, really!), and I could watch my favorite movies 100 times.

Laugh! Converse! Enjoy each other's company.
