Communication is very important to me; you cant build a foundation without communication; I take the time in between dates to get to know you, and hope to find the same with any man I'm dating -- too much space in-between dates for me, personally, spells, "you're just not that into me" or you're too busy to have a relationship. I dont need to monopolize your time or control your life, I have enough to do for myself, but its important to chat/email if you want to keep the connection going.

A first date would be fun and easy going; a date could include something simple such as a luncheon/coffee or if we feel really comfortable with each other, a dinner out on the town, followed by a fun comedy club or river boat cruise... I'm fairly flexible; what I wont do is spend my date on a couch in front of a football game.. so PLEASE guys, expect creativity :)
