More and more I'm aquainting myself with the outdoors. I've always had a love for water and enjoy water sports especially skiing. I run along a small river two or three times a weeks to stay fit and decompress from work and life in general. I also enjoy the solitude of a quite hike through the woods with my beautiful dog. I inherited my father's dry sense of humor and appreciate a good wit. Having a good sense of humor is one key to keeping life in perspective. Music has always been a big part of my life and enjoy classical to blues, Southern rock to funk. I love the excitement of a live performance whether a concert or coffee house, community playhouse or Broadway. In the short term I'm slowly fixing up my house to, first, enjoy then sell before too long. I have two sons, 18 and 20 who are amazing and enjoy a great relationship with them. I have a great career which affords me the opportunity to travel to places I would otherwise not be able to see. I'm fortunate.

For a first date it would be fun to go to an outdoor festival, meet for a stroll in a park or just grab a bite to eat. Anything to enjoy a relaxed time to chat and get to know each other.
