I am a division manager of a restaurant chain and greatly enjoy my work. I have numerous interest, but, my greatest interest is my two wonderful children. Life just would not be the same without them. I adopted Jaylen when he was 2weeks old, and what an adventure it has been for both myself and his sister LeighAnn!! I also love music, many years ago I played bass in various blues bands, but, now I just play for fun. I am a sucker for the mountains and take a vacation to the Blue Ridges at least once a year. I also love movies, anything from the classics to modern thrillers. I like to travel, even if it's just for a 2 day excursion to get away and enjoy a new place.

I think that a first date should be a chance for 2 people to get to know each other. Therefore, a nice restaurant setting for lunch or dinner would be in order or maybe just meet for coffee and talk awhile. Regardless, I think that a first date needs to be a chance for both people to find out if they have a real interest in the other.
