I'm a Christian, mother of one, and middle school teacher. I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, etc. I grew up in the mountains of NC, so I'm used to the hikes through the Smokies. I drive a Jeep that always needs to be washed. Hanging out at the park, tossing a ball around, flipping a frisbee (I do know how to play disc golf), hanging out at the house, etc. I read a lot, even if it's bringing the kindle to the gym. I am stuck in the 80's when it comes to music. My two set stations on my sirius radio are the 80's on 8 and fox news.

Everyone has probably had some drama or events in their life. It's how we deal with the issues, through God, that show's our character. The drama and issues should not be the cornerstone of our lives. I'm looking for a guy who puts God first, with strong, caring, loving character who knows how to cut up, enjoy life, and take things in stride.

First dates are pretty basic. An initial meeting place just to talk works well. I'm all for something more involved such as walking/hiking, watching a rec-league sport, whatever the guy may want to plan (I'm a bit old fashioned to start, guys choice) if the initial goes well.
