I know we're supposed to talk about our favorite hobbies, goals, music, and a bit of personal advertising.
I'll see if I can squeeze some of that in during my ramblings, but before you go any further you may want to know who's who in the photo. I am the one not wearing the hat.
I'm a very laid back person, quite happy enjoying the simple things in life, and would like to find a woman to share some of those things with.
It would also be nice to be introduced to new things and learn about someone elses interests. I try to put myself in other's shoes, and treat them the way I would like to be treated.
This may not always work out, but I do try.
I enjoy being with other people, sharing time, food, drink, music, stories, and experiences.
Like most people who write these descriptions I also like to take long drives to no where in particular, and enjoy being near the water, having BBQ's, picnics, going to flea markets, tag sales, sharing a meal, taking in a movie, etc.
I'm sure all of these things are enjoyed by most of us, and finding someone to share these things with is our goal on this website.
In these respects I'm no different from anyone else.
I am a warm, caring person, and hope to meet a woman who will compliment some of my good points, and excel where I may fail, someone who's jigsaw puzzle piece will somewhat fit mine.

I think a first date should be a time when two people can find out more about each other, and do this in a relaxed atmosphere.
Depending on the time of year, it could mean meeting at a restaurant, or, having a picnic in a park.
Talking on the phone before actually meeting might help in finding some sort of activity that would be fun for both of us.
It's difficult to say right here in this venue what I would like to do for a first date, when I don't know about someone's likes and dislikes yet. I'm sure if I connect with someone here, we will be able to find a fun place to meet and get to know each other.
