I am marriage minded let me say that first. Second I am a big guy and always will be,and yes I am healthy I can run down most anyone in sixty feet or less. I manage a golf course maintenance crew and therefore work some screwy hours but for the most part am pretty flexible. I also work a few other jobs at least till the economy straightens back out. I live at home with my father we just lost my mom to breast cancer in October so needless to say we are kinda propping each other up emotionally, and I am trying to keep him healthy as well. I have quite a few hobbies and they are varied but the one I love is hunting, I am not a vegetarian but if you are that's ok I won't push the meat thing, I do it mainly to get out and see the world. I have not traveled much beyond the East coast, but with the loss of my mother that is about to change.I am a pretty straight forward guy, and thick headed ( don't pick up the subtle hints) but I do listen and yeah I even take notes like b-days, favorite artists, things to do etc.. I would love to live on a farm in the near future, as my collection of animals( dogs and cats) and hobbies is large but I love to garden, and I like food that is fresh and grown locally. I am getting in to wine more often as I learn what goes with what, by no means am I a drinker or a lush. I don't do drugs but, would like to see Marijuana legalized I think it is a soft crime and if it would help farmers make a living I am all for it. I love my country and the freedoms we have and am politically active but don't really lean to either side of the fence. I love kids and would love to have a few some day soon.

For a first date I think meeting up for a drink (coffee,tea,soda) someplace quiet and going for a walk and talk to see if we mesh and hit it off is a good idea. Then for a real first date I think dinner someplace with great food is a must, and for fun going bowling afterwards and then a drive through the countryside.
