Hmm...I'm a visual artist working in a variety of materials and methods (mainly drawing) to represent, and comment on, the wondrous things around us. Within the arts, I've been fortunate in that I've been able to lecture annually, in Asia; indulging my love of travel and all things food. I love to cook and explore new foods where ever I can find them. In the summer it's about the outdoors; cycling, canoeing, wandering the city exploring new shops and restaurants, festivals, gallery hopping, hanging with friends. As an artist I hope to keep growing and exploring, taking in all of life's experiences, and build new bodies of work. This philosophy carries over to my taste in music ( which tends to be pretty varied); from world music to classical to early pop and rock to ambient and new age to film soundtracks to more contemporary styles.
