I like a lot of things, most of which are probably of no interest to you. That's why they are my interests and not yours, but if you shared some, that'd probably be a good thing. These interests that I expect you not to care about at all include ancient Babylonian history, politics, baseball and hockey. Also, my 2 cats, tattooing, historical data on torture and horrendous crimes committed by human beings on each other in the name of some mystical god in the sky, French culture and food (I'm a dual citizen- France & the US), cooking (esp. SE Asian cuisine), and music (think Death in June, Skinny Puppy, Depeche Mode, Godflesh, Wrathchild America, and the entire roster of Cold Meat Industry).

However, traveling is my biggest passion. I live to travel. I've lived and worked on 3 separate continents and am always up for just hopping on a plane with a backpack and going somewhere awesome. I've been to something like 30 countries in my 28 years on this planet and plan to keep exploring.

Also, in case you haven't figured it out, I have a pretty dark, but extremely well-informed world view. I pride myself on being a realist, which keeps me on a very even keel. I love to laugh and joke around and I'm never entirely serious, but if you're looking for 'Mr. Optimistic At-All-Times,' keep walking. I'm not that dude at all. Ever. I think I'd sooner step in front of a train than be that dude. I'd much rather be sarcastic and suspicious of the world than have a naive, everything-will-always-work-out attitude. I firmly believe that the steps you take pave the road ahead.

I also spend a lot of time at the gym, but I'm not a pretentious d-bag about it. I have no problem meeting girls, rather, it's meeting a WOMAN that is witty, intelligent, sarcastic, inspiring, interesting, and actually worth my time. Also, she had better be willing to travel alongside me. She'd also probably have to understand that at some point I'm going to want to move back to Europe, though not necessarily France, and if we were dating, I'd more than likely want her to go with me.

2 things are non-negotiable - a sense of fearlessness/lust for adventure and a sarcastic, somewhat dark sense of humor.
