Like many people say, I hate this part but here goes. I am a self confidant, self-reliant professional woman. Now don't let that scare you off immediately, because along with that I am old fashioned when it comes to a relationship. I don't sweat the small stuff, simple pleasures in life bring me the most joy. Everyone who knows me tells me they wish they could be as easy going as I am. And I really am. Nothing rattles me. I enjoy spending time in the Poconos, love spontaneous weekend trips. I also love the shore and beach and could be happy in a tent just as much as a five star hotel. I have recently gotten my mojo back for getting in shape and love outdoors, walking, bike riding, hiking etc. Working at losing my post divorce plumpness (can't blame that after five years!) A guy with the same desire would be great! I often get taken for a bit younger than I am. I just love life, love my job, have four beautiful independant children, the two most beautiful grandsons in the world, I am as down to earth as one can be and just want the same in a man. No drama, no games, simply someone who is ready for fun, friendship, companionship, intimacy and the potential for a great love. Love has to be cultivated, especially later in life. The game is a bit different than when we were in our 20's. People get set in their ways and we have to respect our differences. Will share more when chatting with someone. A great first date might be a simple picnic, oudoors in a nice setting to allow for talking, strolling, getting to know about each other. I am very open and sometimes brutally honest.(but in a good way). Another nice date might be at a small, quaint place that has some soft, live music, again to allow a getting to know each other period. But my ideal first date would be planned by the man based on what information he does have as to what kinds of things I may like. I would put that trust in any man that I have been communicating with enough to get to a fist date.
