I love to sail and have my own sailboat, it is my sanity and I am on it as much as I can. Anything on the water works for me, hiking the dunes, swimming, sailing or just being near to hear the waves. I enjoy traveling and have the opportunity to do so in the winter. I enjoy winter in Michigan too, walking in the cool, cold blue, silent mornings is a great way to start the day. Or cuddling up next to a warm fire after cross country. Sunrises on the pier are breathtaking and need to be shared with someone. Just got into bike riding and enjoying it, forgot how fun it was. Sunday drives to see what you can find on the road less travled is a great way to start a Sunday, followed by some small town shopping and a good bar burger someplace. Good band on a Saturday night with some dancing and flirting in public. A museum, art gallery or aquarium are some of my favorite things. Music is an important thing in my life and enjoy old, new and I am always interested in a new artist. I love to read quietly for hours with my head on my lovers lap. Good art house beers with some friends and a movie is a fun togeather date. I love surprises (good ones!) ie: flowers for no reason, a card out of the blue, a little trinket just to show you care.
