I would describe myself as a high spirited person who Loves to laugh and enjoys life to the Fullest. Keeping in shape and eating healthy are both very important to me, so it should be important in your life as well. Don't get me wrong...I love food, however, I do my best daily to make healthy lifestyle choices. I own a home and I'm financially secure with excellent credit. I say this for two reasons. I believe we ALL have the ability to conduct our lives in a responsible and accountable manner. Saying that, I don't live beyond my means, increasing our national debt like many other citizens AND I don't expect a hand out either for the lack of making responsible decisions. That type of mentality is unapplealing for it displays a level of weakness on several levels. Secondly, I am NOT looking for someone to take care of me. I enjoy receiving expressions of love, but am not dependent upon other's for my needs. I'm a big girl and I enjoy taking care of my Life, be it financially, mentally or emotionally. That's part of the whole Journey! :)

I believe, inorder to make a whole, healthy and functional relationship, the two coming together must be Whole themselves, meaning, as stated above, one is personally accountable and responsible for each and every choice made. Choices pertain to thought, emotion and/or action. This is what I consider Being and Behaving as an Adult. So if you still have a baby inside, wanting to be taken care of and throws fits like a 2 year old when Life doesn't go according to plan, then you are barking up the wrong tree. I've been raised to be independent and I enjoy the company of other's who reflect those qualities as well. So to say the least, I'm not a "needy" person, and enjoy my alone/quiet time too.

The type of man I'm attracted to must have a sweet personality (no "tough" guys), someone who respects his mother, but not tied to the umbilical cord. Someone spiritual, open minded, and wants to learn more about him Self through Life. One who is not afraid to express his feelings and thoughts proactively and constructively (being a good communicator). And most importantly, has a strong sense of Self, knowing who he is. I like a person who knows what he wants and who has a healthy level of self confidence (no inflated egos). I also value autonomy, the ability to allow other's the enjoyment of his/her interests and loved one's without feeling threatened.

I have one 15 year old daughter who moved to Austin about a year and a half ago to live with her father. We have a Wonderful relationship and I support her in anything she wants or dreams of becoming. Her happiness is priority. I don't want any more children and I'm not looking to raise anyone's either. My ex-husband and I began our family very young, so now it's my time to enjoy life and experience some freedom! :)

Aside from all the seriousness, I enjoy laughing as I see it nurturing physically, mentally and emotionally. I enjoy being goofy...expressing myself in what ever way arises in that moment. I love animals (not into men that hunt) as they have taught me, through observing their life, presence and unconditional love. I love cuddling, having quiet moments of unified thought, along with sweet, wholehearted talks about Life. I love doing new things, exploring, having new adventures...even the simplest things can be an adventure, as long as it's new and unknown territory. I like photography...taking pictures of Life's creatures fascinates me the most (frogs, toadstools, flowers, bee's, spiders, webs, possums, cats, dogs, fish, fungi...)
