I've never been on a dating site but this ones supposed to be pretty cool so thought I'd give it a go...why the hell not...I guess it beats going to a bar, chatting to someone, getting on really well only for them to throw into the conversation an hour later that they have a girlfriend...
Well, I guess this will eliminate that.

Here is some basic info which can't hurt to share. (don't want to give too much info on this...that is what meeting up with someone for a drink or whatever is for)


I'm a musician in an independent rock band, living in L.A. From Oz. I'm busy and focused on my band and music but always can make time to hang out for a drink, food or something fun or chill. Oh and I am in early 30's but the website believes I am 27 so age is just a number right ;)

I have been asked by quite a few people on this what I am looking for in a guy...
well I've decided to put more info up so our time isn't wasted.
I dig guys who don't take themselves too seriously and are genuine & goodhearted, can handle a bit of sarcasm, are fun and straight down the line. There is something that meeting someone in person offers that online doesn't...and that is, seeing if you have charisma and spunk. (and that's not just about looks) ...and it goes both ways.
As far as appearance goes, I don't have a particular look I go for but I can say what I am not into......
If you are the kind of guy who takes pictures of yourself and your muscles with your phone half naked lying on your bed or in front of the mirror with a shaved chest, no offense, but please don't send me a message I'm just not into that. I'm not into huge steroid looking muscles obsessive 'gym heads'. I guess that's about it for now.

FOOD: I love most food, pretty much anything fresh and tasty...
Japanese, Mexican (we don't have authentic mex in Oz)
Fresh seafood, thai, authentic italian, indian, good piece of meat, bbqs, woodfire pizza, fresh baked bread straight out of the oven, fish n chips, fresh fruit & vegies, icecream, chocolate and of course being in the u.s...a killer burger n fries!(just not mcdonalds etc)
anything homecooked..(being on the road a lot makes you appreciate home cooked meals)
and sometimes just the simplicity of toast with peanut butter or vegemite.
(I think I'm a fat person waiting to come out ;)

DRINK: Good red wine out of a large glass..there's just something awesome bout that!
Margaritas made from scratch, Bloody Marys, vodka, gin, tequila
Good Coffee, fresh juice.

First date... I love the idea of a date coz it's not something we really do much of in Australia.
I imagine, first we'd meet up for a drink and if all good, then after that would be the first date...and that... I would leave to the guy.
If after a drink, we don't want to hang again, then no harm done, no one goes home thirsty and no one wastes any time or money :)
