I am just one of the few good guys. I was in the Army for almost 8 years and was a rodeo cowboy for a few years as well.

I am a successful, career minded, motivated, divorced father of a beautiful baby girl who is my world. I am looking for new friends for conversation and wherever that may take us.

I enjoy spending time with my daughter, fishing, playing softball, outside activities, playing music, cuddling up to a good movie or book and being spontaneous.

I also enjoy playing poker and occasionally going to the casino and playing blackjack or craps. I love to play instruments and I play the banjo. Music is one of the ultimate expressions of who someone is. I also play a little guitar, although the banjo is what I play the most.

I can be described as a "jack of all trades and a master of none". I know a little bit about a lot of things and a lot about a few things. I am currently still working on my education and attending the University of Phoenix majoring in Psychology. I am fascinated with the human mind and why we do what we do.

I pride myself on being a true gentleman, I am caring and would give you the shirt off of my back and will do anything to help a friend in need. I am a good listener and think I am pretty good at helping people feel better. I also have a good sense of humor and feel that humor is one of the keys to life.

I am a strong person emotionally and the past year has shown me that I can handle a lot, and my family and friends have commented that I can handle difficult situations quite well.

I dislike liars, cheaters and people who are only looking to take advantage of another person. Be honest about who you are and loyal to those that care for you!

What I am looking for in a woman is someone who is loyal and honest. Someone who knows what they want in life and is willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals. Someone with a good sense of humor. I am looking for someone to spend time with, someone to share life experiences with, that person that completes who I am, and that I complete who they are. They also need to know that I am a package deal, I have 50/50 custody with my daughter, and she is the most important person in my life.

I have wasted too many years in the wrong relationship and I would rather be a single dad then go down that path again.

A good first date is a place to talk and get to know each other, doing something that is a common interest for both of us. A dinner and a movie is used way to often as a first date. Coffee, drinks, bowling, playing pool, something that is fun is a way better option.
