a few things about me.

...i'm huge on being able to laugh at anything including myself. i'm a big dork and i will be the first to admit it. my friends say i'm witty, sarcastic and hilarious and i do have a certain sense of humility that is quite endearing (or so I've been told ha) i'm pretty spontaneous. i love to dance and go out every so often. but i am getting extremely tired of the bar scene and the drama driven crowd that rules it. i want to find people with real interests and hobbies who are intelligent and don't feel the need to get completely wasted every weekend. i don't tolerate people who are egocentric or people who lie to make their lives seem better than what it really is. it's usually pretty transparent and it's a turn off. i'm probably one of the most humble people you'll ever meet and i surround myself with honest, down to earth, genuine people.

...i believe good conversation and good food make for an amazing evening. i appreciate art and design. i love people's style. i enjoy people watching (no, not in the creepy way! ha) i could do it for hours. you can usually find me hanging out on whyte or downtown. i play soccer and i am taking up floor hockey this winter. i hope to take up snowboarding as well. anyone want to teach this girl how to snowboard??

...i'm a big city girl at heart. i LOVE to travel and i love the beach. there is nothing better than hearing the ocean outside your window. i want to live in vancouver someday. i'm a sucker for tattoos and piercings. i love going to live shows/concerts. i have been known to sing karaoke, LOUDLY and somewhat proudly? haha ;) i can get pretty damn competitive when it comes to board games so if you throw down a challenge, expect it to get messy. i volunteer at CJSR. my ipod has everything on it from electro to indie rock to 80's pop/90's grunge and maybe the odd country song...

...i consider myself to be a big romantic at heart and will go out of my way to do anything for the person i really care about. i am always up for meeting random people from all walks of life. and i believe everyone has a story. i want to hear yours.

it really depends on the person and if we're hitting it off...
probably start with coffee or tea and go from there. second or third dates would most likely involve hanging out at a toy store being dorks, chilling somewhere overlooking the city or taking a late night walk around the legislative grounds. as long as it's somewhere we can enjoy each other's company and have decent conversation.
