I am young at heart and soul which means I like to be engaged in life. I would like to meet a gentleman who has depth and integrity and is secure in himself, takes care of his body and soul. Someone who is interested in romance and dating. Someone who is positive in his outlook on life, can laugh at his own quirkiness. Enjoys being adventuresome, watching the sunrise and sunset. I believe one CAN NOT complete you as a person, you are already complete, but they can join with you in this adventure we call life.

Communication is a high priority for me in friendship and intimates. I like conversations that have more substance rather than superficiality, and as a way of getting to know another and exchange ideas, share our life's journey to wisdom I'm a good conversationalist and love to tell funny stories, observations, and have a great sense of humor.

I enjoy many kinds of activities, [please see above], reading is my favorite, non-fiction and fiction alike. I like mysteries and learning new things. I like museums, art galleries, antique stores or the rare book stores if there are any still around, used book stores are my favorite.

I am adventuresome, and playful and like to be spontaneous or plan things to do. I'm not a big TV watcher, but do enjoy Public Television, Discovery and other same types of programs. Good movies that do not have violence as their main attraction. I'm intelligent, witty, like to banter, independent yet want a gentleman's attentions. I'm romantic, sensual and like to kiss and cuddle in front of a fire on a cold evening. (a fireplace is not a prerequisite !)

My taste in music is eclectic, Classical, New Age, Celtic vocals and instrumentals, Rock n Roll Oldies of the 60's & 70's and some jazz like Winton Marcellus.

My values are honesty, integrity, open-minded, non-judgmental as humanly possible. I believe we all have positive and negative characteristics within us since it's a part of who we are. However, what is important is what we do with it and if they serve us for our greater good and others. We all have our own journey to self-realization, self acceptance, spirituality and wisdom.

I like to be surprised, and if either of the parties are creative, like a picnic, sitting in a coffee house, having a cup of coffee or tea, ice cream, lunch, dinner. I'm not into the bar scene where it's noisy and you can't hear yourself think.
