I like spending time with my friends and family, do a lot of traveling and always up for trying new things. I am single (never been married), no children and have one dog. I gave up a lot of social time to chase my career and was pretty successful, but had some cancer issues that caused me to retire early. I didn't see that one coming, but am really enjoying the time. I stay busy, but my schedule is more my own now.

I have quite a few very old cars that I enjoy tinkering with from as early as 1911 to the 50's. I also am handy around the house and have done a number of projects on my own and with friends. I enjoy the outdoors, going for a drive in the country and taking my dog Shelby to the park from time to time.

I would like to find a best friend. Somebody that I could enjoy conversation and spending time with doing just about anything. I think of my self as very stable emotionally, mentally and financially and am looking for the same.

I would enjoy meeting someone for dinner. Meeting over coffee is just fine, but is sometimes a little short if you think you might have some interest.
