Most important to me is family and friends. They say you can measure the wealth of a person by the amount of friends they have. If that is true, then I am worth my weight in gold! Meaning of course, that I am blessed to have lots of special people in my life who mean the world to me. We are a very tight knit bunch and I think you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep!

I consider myself to be a smart, confident and down to earth woman who has a great heart. I truly care about people and have a zest for life. I have been told that my laugh is infectious and that I have a pretty good sense of humor.

In my free time I love to dance. I am pretty passionate about it actually having grown up as a dancer and gymnast. Any form I am willing to try and tend not to stop until I master it.

Hanging out at the beach has always been a major pastime of mine as I am truly a Southern Cal girl. I love to work out at the gym as well as riding my bike to some little beach bar for a cold one and some people watching.

Cooking and entertaining in an intimate setting with a few close friends is very relaxing to me. There is nothing better than good food and conversation. Wine tasting has become a new hobby and it is a great way to socialize and meet new people.

My two guilty pleasures in life are karaoke and sports. Karaoke is my release from all the stresses of the week while sports is my passion. To say that I am a nut is an understatement! Any given Sunday during football season there is no question what I am doing! Watching my Steelers! I also love my Bruins and Lakers!

I lend a lot of my spare time to a charitable organization that I belong to..it's just great for the soul. There is nothing like doing a good deed for someone who you know will never be able to repay you....to paraphrase on of my favorite quotes.

Well for a first date I think communication is key so I do not like to go to a movie. I prefer meeting for coffee in a nice chill setting or maybe a nice glass of wine somewhere with a view. Dinner sometimes can be a little awkward! There is nothing worse than the uncomfortable silence! Basically something that is nice and casual so we can get a chance to talk and see if there is something there worthy of a second date.
