Well I'm a former military vet that spent the last eight years traveling the world to places that no one wants to see (come on, if you want to see sand then you go to the beach, right?). Been single for a long time which surprises most of my friends and family saying how much a nice and funny guy like me can still be walking around unattached. Currently I'm a online entrepreneur running an online store but I'm also going through the hiring process for the Onondaga County Sheriffs and Syracuse Police Departments.

What I like to do: I workout a lot, usually an hour a day to stay in shape; I don't belong to a gym, mostly I just do exercises utiltizing methods I learned in the service and of course I run 3-4 miles either outside when the weather is nice or on a treadmil that I have. I also like the outdoors; hiking and camping in the Adirondacks and cross-country skiing, bowling, and comedy clubs in the winter. As for sports, SU College Football (thank god they got Marrone and got ride of GROB) and Basketball I try to make one or two games a year, if not I catch 'em on the TV when telecast. Syracuse Crunch Hockey I love going to (seeing hockey on TV is one thing, but actually seeing it in person is another) and of course I also watch professional sports like baseball, football, and hockey. I also like going out to the movies and plays. I also do video gaming when I can't find anyone to go out someplace.

Music: Listen mostly to the 80s Hair Metal and still follow the bands that are still around from that time like Metallica, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Aerosmith. I do lsiten to some newer bands as Dropkick Murphy, Linkin Park, and a few others. However I can't stand that hardcore rap.

As for who I'm looking for, someone that wants to go out and spend time together by going to dinner, movies, comedy clubs, sporting events, or just trying new stuff out. It's nice to spend a night once and while together inside but not all the time. I'm not into games so if your not serious about dating and just want to play mind games then don't bother emailing me.

As for texting, too much can happen or go wrong in texting and a message that you or I send which we thought to be funny could be taken out of context on the receiving party. I would much prefer email or phone conversations over texting.

Take her out to dinner to get to know each other better and after that either go to a movie or take a strool down the parkway at Onondaga Lake Park or, if the weather isn't cooperating, someplace where we can sit and talk.
