Been in LA for about two years and finally getting used to the completely inadequate public transit system. I do everything I can to avoid sitting on the 405 or the 10/110 interchange nightmare. I'm a director/cinematographer and spend most of my working hours shooting short films, music videos or commercials. In my free time, I'm working on personal projects, writing, directing or doing music. I have to be doing some artistic or creative at all times or I'll go crazy. I'm an introvert by day and an extrovert by night. I like that everyday is a little different with unique challenges and new ideas to pursue. I don't take things for granted. My family and friends are the most important thing in my life. As much as my work means to me, I'd drop it in a heartbeat for them. I try to live everyday to its fullest. I strive to be honest and direct with people. I might not always agree with you or like the path you're choosing, but I'll at least say it to your face. My toughest opponent is myself. I'm a perfectionist and I don't see that ever changing. I like surrounding myself with creative, independent individuals with ambition. It helps if they're sarcastic and goofy to boot :)

I'm a huge movie buff, so I watch a ton of movies. I try to limit it to one movie a day but if I'm really busy for a few days, I might take an entire day off to watch nothing but movies. Music... alternative, trance, jazz, classical, hip hop, I'm all over the place... I play guitar and piano, my favorite way to relax is through music. I'm very athletic... volleyball, basketball, tennis.. can't stand baseball, too boring for me. I'm also heavy into boxing (my second best way to relax) and working out.

I can't stand wasting time. There's so much to do and it's a shame to waste it. I'm not sure what I'm looking for exactly but I'm not the club/bar type and I can't stand most of the girls I'd meet at those places. I don't do cheesy small talk. I'd rather argue on a controversial topic with you than make small talk banter. I take pride in the fact that I'm probably a nerd at heart, but I'm a cool nerd :) If you don't get what I mean by that you probably shouldn't message me!

Maybe go to the dentist together... or re-arrange books at the libary... or count how many pringles there are in those small (yet still uber expensive) travel size packs. I fear that this date might be too exciting for most so it'd be best to have a parental guardian tag along.

OR... we meet at Jamba Juice and drink a dozen smoothies all loaded with energy boosts and see which one of us transforms into the hulk first and starts flipping tables and chairs.

Lastly, we find ourselves the DeLorean car from 'Back to the Future' and we go back to 1955. Once there we find one of those cool little diners they had and get a burger and shake. We then haggle a large group of teenagers until the guys slick their hair back and pull a knife on me. We then perform numerous martial arts maneuvers (this is why I need an attractive female ninja!) and escape. I personally think this would be the most fun out of all three options I'm providing.
