Hello my name is Chad, I am 22 now. I graduated from Roseville High School in 2005. I then started working the culinary industry. After 3 years of working, I wanted to understand food more. I attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York. I recently graduated in Aug 14, 2009, and is currently working in the field that I love Culinary Arts.

I love to cook and love experiencing different food cultures, and their flavors they have to offer us. What I want in life is to be happy and live my life to the fullest, having fun in every moment in my life. Someday I would love to be a head chef at a restaurant, or own my restaurant, with close friends of mind. I am a much laid back human being; I love going out and having a good time, but also cudle and watching t.v. I love to make people laugh. I enjoy being around people. I like to say I am not the average Joe in all aspects; you will have to find out what that means later. I love me some country music, I also like to listen to old hip hop and r&b the new stuff is good too. Any type of music that put a good beat on of can make me enjoy I’ll listen to it. I love going to any type of concerts and having a blast at them. I love hanging outdoors and being in the woods.
