My family is raised now and I would like to do some fun things and enjoy life. I enjoy simple things like the beach, watching the waves roll to shore, the sunrise over the ocean, going out to dinner and dancing or a movie. I love to travel. I love most music from big bands right through to today (no rap or hip hop). I particularly like Irish music. I also enjoy watching football especially college football...favorite team being Notre Dame. One of my goals is to swim with the dolphins with my grand-daughter. I would like to meet someone who would not be afraid to express his feelings. One day I was in the supermarket and waiting at the deli counter. They were playing the "oldies" over the loud speaker. When a certain song was played, a couple standing next me just smiled at each other and started slow dancing right in front of the deli counter. I thought "that is what I want".

A first date would be important in getting to know each other maybe over a cup of coffee.
