I don’t want to write a novel here, but have to make it look like I am giving a little effort. Some of my interests are the somewhat generic ones that everyone lists. I enjoy watching and following sports. From the local Boston sports teams to more obscure lower level sports. I am not so invested in them that I get angry or depressed if they lose, though. That’s just stupid. I enjoy physical activity and like working out. I get no joy at all in running, but force myself.

I like going out and having a few beers, but don’t have to. I don’t feel that if I am not out on a weekend that I am missing out on something extraordinary like I once did. I’ll try out and probably enjoy type of bar or restaurant; except extremely clubby type places. What I get most excited about is vacationing or weekend getaways.

I’m sort of in-between jobs at the moment; looking to venture into something different. Not sure what it feels like to have a job you enjoy and find meaningful. Must be nice. lol

My taste in movies, tv shows and music is vast. I am not going to make a giant list of my favs.

My favorite season is summer because of the weather and activities that go with it. I may be lambasted for this but I have no appreciation for fall foliage. Sort of like those people that don’t understand why people sit at the beach all day. They say they just don’t “get it”. I don’t get fall scenery. I think it looks better all green.

I don’t really have an image and personality of a girl that I have concocted and said, “this is exactly what I want”. One trait I do not admire is pettiness and snobbiness with girls. The types that are always talking negatively about whoever is not in the room. In general I don't think anybody is really any better than anyone else.

Anyways, I am looking for someone who is enjoyable to be around who I am somewhat physically attracted to. I think that’s what everyone wants. For the moment I just want to meet some people, go out on some dates and have some fun etc. I don’t think a connection can be forced. It will just happen.

A drink, I guess. Then maybe onto something else. It depends. I say the initial contact is over a drink(s).
