I love being outside, communing with nature, taking my dog susie, who is a coonhound shepard mix on walks, and to the dog park. I believe as Gandhi stated we must be the change in the world we wish to see in the world, and because of this i have been blessed to be involved in the non-violence movement and currently helping others with mental illness battle the stigma and journey on their path towards recovery.
