I am intelligent, confident (even c o c k y sometimes), reasonably good-looking & brutally honest in a profound way... I am here & now, I am further than far from being perfect & either you'll love me or hate me, yet you'll never forget me either way... I am a man, & I make no apologies for this... Family is very important to me... I enjoy the company of my father, my son and our dogs, my books, playing guitar and listening to good underground rock music, movies, Macintosh computers, digital photography, skating on my electric powered longboard, canoeing, fishing, mountainbiking, camping and roadtrips... I've been around here for a while and I know what I am looking for by what I am NOT looking for now... Let me be blunt?
1. If you're a gold-digger or you think your sh*t doesn't stink,
2. If you are or even suspect you are unattractive,
3. If you wear your idea of worship or faith literally on your sleeve, in other words you're a fundamentalist zealot of any sort,
4. If you're not height and weight proportionate (average to a few extra pounds is within latitude),
5. If you are illiterate, ignorant, have bad grammar and spelling,
6. If you think you might vote for Sarah Palin in 2012,
7. If your photos aren't recent,
8. If you're a time waster, too anxious to take the first steps in meeting in public to see how it goes or you're into any sort of headgames like that with others and yourself,
9. If you're a serial dater, have one or a few "back-pocket" guys as friends or ex's in the picture as friends with benefits,
10. If you or your friends consider you to be high maintenance or upight (yes hun, they are the same thing),
11. If you consider yourself to be drama free or no drama, sorry that's dishonest or delusional... Life, from the cradle to the grave, always comes with drama,

If you're any of these things, then you can take a hike... LOL... I'm not here to waste my time or yours on bad behaviors I have experienced in the past and settle for anything less than what I really want this time around... So that should about clarify things and narrow it down, huh? Well, the first date isn't a date in my opinion, it's a casual meeting in a public place for something simple like coffee or something to see what chemistry there is... If & when, they combine appropriately after such a "date", the sky's the limit for the interests they share the next time they get together... Bear in mind though ladies, I am picky... ""Pretty little thing, let me light your candle, 'cause mama I'm sure hard to handle now"
