Well I’ve been on here a month now so I can’t use the excuse of being new for having a lame “About Me” section anymore, here’s the updated version of yours truly…

I am originally from Texas and will always be a southern girl at heart. My family is awesome and so important to me, and I have the greatest friends. I’m a total girly-girl, I love chick flicks and flowers and shoes, but I also love to get down and dirty and go camping and four-wheeling and go to ballgames. I am a HUGE Texas Longhorns fan, they are my boys! I enjoy movies, cooking, country music, reading, learning about people, traveling, playing cards or games (but I’m hugely competitive, so if I lose it becomes not fun anymore!), I love to just get in the car with some friends and see where the road takes us! Coffee and I have a deep relationship with each other. I love warm weather, I’m rarely inside during the summer if I don’t have to be. Even just sitting outside talking to someone makes me happy when the weather is nice! My sense of humor is really campy and I love to laugh, there’s no better feeling in life than laughing so hard you can’t breathe! I’m a passionate person and put 100% of myself into everything I do and care about, I haven’t decided yet if this is a good trait or not! My biggest passion in life right now is singing, I pick up gigs whenever I can. If you want to know anything else just ask, I may not offer up a ton of information up front, but will be honest and answer anything I’m asked!

I know everyone says this, but I’m a pretty simple person to please. This does not mean I’m “laid back”, but just have the ability to have fun in almost any situation! It also means I’d rather get a sappy love note from you than an expensive piece of jewelry! Anytime you want to buy me shoes though, I will allow.

I have lived on my own and supported myself for many years now; I have a great career and am self-employed. I’ve worked really hard to get where I am and sometimes it’s still a day-to-day struggle, but it’s totally worth it. If you’re intimidated by a strong woman, I’m not the gal for you! That being said, I’m looking for someone to share life with, not complete it. Someone to be best friends with above all else! Someone to come home to at nights and wake up with in the mornings, share experiences with, have fun with, take care of and vice versa, and of course love! I’m a super busy person, but will always make time and spend it with people I love, and I expect the same in return! And if you will kill spiders for me, that is a huge plus…

Grabbing coffee or a beer and just talking is always a good choice. But if you have a better idea I'm game!
