Travel is a number one hobby of mine -- this year I have visited Canada, UAE, France and Costa Rica and of course, Key West! Locally, I enjoy long walks, bike rides, kayaking, reading, cooking, theater, great intellectual conversations and any other interesting suggestion. Truthfully, it depends upon the person -- I think it is important to meet and see if there is a connection before elaborate plans are made. If an interest is sparked -- have fun, plan a second date soon! Be creative! Dinner and a movie, is lame unless it is a great foreign film or something we both want to see but still not ideal for a first/second date. I think you need an opportunity to talk and get to know each other. That can be a great meal, boat ride, nice walk -- a festival. Make the most of the moments presented is my philosophy.
