Never internet dated in my life but I am willing to try for a short period and see how it goes. I have 'dating' on here but my ultimate goal is to be with someone long term. I think that all comes down to meeting and seeing if we have that connection or that certain something you cant put a finger on that makes you want to spend more time with that person. I dont think you can find that based on a picture so that is what dating is for.

Hobbies: hiking , biking, skiing, surfing, kayaking and capturing it all with photography. I like to do anything outdoors but I also like to chill out as well. I dont have cable but I do have a TV and enjoy watching movies.

Goals: I live day to day and as long as I pay my rent and have money to do some fun stuff too, that's cool. I am not wealthy but I am not starving. I am not looking for a sugar daddy or a guy to pay my bills.

Music: I like everything except country. I really do not like country ....and I think techno can go as well. Recent concerts I have been to include Pemberton Festival, Theivery Corporation, Kings of Leon and I have a ticket to Metric and KISS.

I think if you need to be half naked to entice people to get to know you you must not feel that you have much to offer otherwise. Even if your super sexy I would like to actually talk to you and see if there is a connection before I see you half naked. I am not a prude, although I may come off sounding that way. I am looking for a guy that is mature but fun (and sometimes silly), good natured, likes new experiences, is a good road trip companion, wants a partner but also an independant woman, like the outdoors and isnt looking for a 24/7 princess.
I would like a guy that can be casual and also dress up for the occasion because I am that way. I don't mind getting dirty especially if it is something I really enjoy (mountain biking or trail running in the rain- those types of things)

I think a first date should be something casual like meeting for coffee or walking on the seawall. Then if one person wants to bail or isnt interested the other person wont feel like crap and you've only invested an hour of your time. OR
You can go balls out and do something really adventurous or outdoors- everyone is different.
