If you know what you want, if you have your act together, if you're fun, funny, active, positive, optimistic, fit (health is both a passion and a profession, so this is really important to me), smart, a good conversationalist, at most a casual drinker, like the outdoors, are more hot than not, and have high self esteem, be in touch. If you're all about partying, clubbing and/or drinking, only look me up on your off nights. Bonus points if you write well, can turn a phrase, and have good mechanics...

I love to cook and would love it if you do too...especially if you're good at it! :P I like rock climbing, black licorice, kart racing, snowboarding, dark chocolate, fly fishing, golf, adventures, shopping, watching foreign films, reading, finding undiscovered secret spots, massages, my work, and making mischief. TV, newspapers, Facebook, wasted time and people who can't think for themselves? Not so much.

The Education of Little Tree is my all-time fav book. To Kill a Mockingbird, The Alchemist and The Little Prince are right up there too.

I love movies. Casablanca, Cinema Paradiso, The Usual Suspects, Out of Africa, Ace Ventura, The Hangover, Wedding Crashers, Fight Club, V for Vendetta, the concept of The Matrix, La Femme Nikita, Almost Famous and on and on. Oh, and I thought the first Transformers was pretty fun...and I didn't even notice Megan Fox. No, really. What? (Smiles innocently)

My music runs the gamut...as long as it's not country. My stepdad used to make me listen to that crap on long-assed drives. I wanted to stab myself in the ears! I freakin' hate country. Otherwise, Radiohead, old Outkast, Dre, Deathcab, Soundtribe, Snow Patrol, Interpol, Ceu, White Stripes, Raconteurs, Wolfmother, Audioslave, Biggie, Jeff Buckley, Talking Heads, The Cure, The Clash, Matisyahu, John Coltrane, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Black Keys, Arcade Fire, Rolling Stones, Cold War Kids, Paramore, Whitest Boy Alive and a bunch of others catch my ear.

As for food, I like flavor and spice. (Come to think of it, I like my romance that way too. ;) Ever see Like Water for Chocolate? Yeah, like that!! But there I go, getting ahead of myself again...) For now, if we eat together, know that I'm super picky. I can only do Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Nepalese, Indian, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Afghani, French, American, Moroccan, German, Mediterranean, Spanish, seafood, BBQ or Swedish. But not vegetarian...

Tea or a drink, something chill so just in case you turn out to be a freakshow, I can say, "Oh wow, I just remembered I have to go home and floss my cat. But it was really nice to meet you..." :P
