Hi !

I just moved back to my hometown after many years away away working and traveling elsewhere in Canada, the US, and overseas since I graduated from school. I like travelling a lot but after ooddles of accumulated frequent flyer points, I'd be just as happy as a home-body in the next little while.

This is the best place to live and work in the greatest country in the world. I'm a a cheerful, optimistic guy who likes to live to its fullest. My friends say I'm a shy introvert but I'd like to think that a can carry on a conversation all night long about nearly anything.

I love life here in Southern Ontario. There's so many fantastic things to do here from touring around to cottaging to golfing on some fantastic courses.

I have everything in life I have ever wanted except someone to share it with. I'm happiest when I'm out hiking, camping, running (although I'm pretty slow), mountain biking (until my bike was stolen!), playing golf, or in the Muskokas or Niagara on the Lake sitting on a patio drinking icewine. I love cooking dinner for friends and family.

I really enjoy older movies, love nothing more than a good hockey game, and try and do something athletic a couple of times a week.

I guess meeting for coffee (or hot chocolate, in my case) or dinner is great but not very original.

I would be open to something more participatory like a casual walk or even 9 holes of golf where we can talk and do something to help smooth over the inevitable awkward moments and silent pauses in talking when first meeting someone.
