It's funny how when a person gets older, one starts to think about the future - even more so than the year before and the year before that, etc...I guess it's called growing up. I'm weary of the dating scene..the whole dating of a multitude of women. I have a lot of love in my heart and soul and I really want to share and give it to someone but it's truly difficult to find that one person to connect with. Hence, part of the reason of this ad. I do know what I want and conversely, what I don't want and I do know that I really don't want to settle...going through life aimlessly wondering and wishing that I never got with this person or condemning my happiness because of the incessant need to be with someone. Often times I feel as though there's a void within me...feeling so half full and incomplete. I know there's someone special out there who could fill this void and show me what it really means to live life. Hopefully, it will be you :-)

Well, a bit about me. I grew up on St.Thomas, USVI. I'm actually 5 8 1/2 but pof doesnt give the option lol. I am an educated, nice, down to earth, intelligent, openminded, outgoing and I could go on and on with adjectives of the sort of person I am but let's just say I'm far from perfect - not even close but I'm a great guy. I'm a homeowner, a gentleman, financially secure and have a pretty decent career. I love adventure and the outdoors. I've sky dived, bungee jumped, mountain/rock climbed, kayaked, went on various expeditions, hiking excursions and much more. I love to travel as well. I've been to various countries in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and South America. I also enjoy being indoors or just doing chilled activities such as dining out, relaxing in the park, going out for drinks, playing vid games, love a good movie especially horror, indie/foreign films...I'm pretty much open to whatever seems fun and enrichening.

I would like an independent, attractive, kind-hearted, intelligent, ambitious, openminded and all around cool woman. Someone who compliments me...one who wouldn't mind doing some of the things I mentioned above and yet still have her own thing going. Simply put...a wondrous woman. With respect to race; I'm not picky. All I ask is that you be a beautiful (inside and out)person with a good heart.
