I have a beautiful 11 yr old son whom I love spending time with. Outside of him, I enjoy extensive travel. I've been fortunate to have traveled all over the world to almost all of the continents. (No, I have never been in the military. I enjoy golf (hence my screen name), jazz clubs, wine, other cultured activities. I enjoy most types of music, but really love jazz and reggae. I still love old school hip hop too. This new stuff is candy too me. Some of it is good, but I can't have too much of it without gettin sick. lol I can listen to Jay-Z quite a bit though. Blame it on the Brooklyn in me.

At this point in my life, I'm not too interested in the club scene or anyone who has to stay in them. I've been there, done that. If your routine is hitting the club week in and week out, we are probably not a match. Conversely, if you enjoy times with other couples and friends, cultural events, travel, outdoors, etc, maybe we could hang out together. I can be somewhat serious at first, but I love to laugh and can be a little silly once I open up. I want a woman who can definitely let her hair down and even laugh at herself every so often, but would also love a Bluestocking as well.

Although most men don't know their way around the kitchen, I'm a pretty good cook. In any event, if you enjoy some of the things I've mentioned, lets talk.

First date would be anywhere we could sit and get aquainted on a mental level. You learn a lot about people and chemistry from conversation or lack of it.
